Shipping & Production

How soon will I get my order?

We’re a made-to-order brand — that means we start production after you place your order. Most items go into production within 24 hours, and are typically printed within 2–3 business days.

Because we’re not a big warehouse. We print shirts as orders come in so we can:

  • Offer more styles and sizes
  • Keep designs fresh and relevant
  • Avoid overproduction and waste

It also helps us keep prices competitive without sacrificing quality.

Will I get tracking info?

Of course! You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Can’t find it? Try logging into the customer account using the email you placed the order with.

How long does shipping take?

We’re a made-to-order brand, which means every product is made just for you — no piles of pre-printed tees sitting on shelves.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Production time: Usually 2–3 business days, but can take up to 7 during busy seasons.
  • Standard shipping (U.S.): Once it’s made, delivery takes about 2–5 business days.
  • Total time: Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the U.S. and Canada only. Want us to expand? Let us know — we’re listening.

Where are your products made?

All of our gear is designed in the U.S. and most items are printed locally too. We do our best to keep it close to home and reduce waste wherever possible.

What's the average production time?
  • Most orders: 2–3 business days
  • Peak seasons or specialty items: up to 7 business days

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Absolutely. If it’s not the right fit (literally or emotionally), send it back. You've got 45 days from when your order arrives to make a return — no stress, no rush.

We offer free return shipping as long as:

  • The item is unworn/unused
  • You contact us first at 3riverstees@gmail.com We’ll hook you up with a return label and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
What if I'm buying this as a gift?

Smart move! For all orders placed Nov 1 through Dec 24, the 45-day return clock starts on Dec 25 — so you’ve got time to wrap it, give it, and decide.

My item was damaged or incorrect

Reach out right away. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us at 3riverstees@gmail.com. We’ll fix it.

What items aren't refundable?

A few exceptions:

  • Custom gear (like personalized or special orders)
  • Final sale or limited-edition drops
  • Items bought from 3rd party marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Etsy) have different return policies and must use those return guidelines.

Do you offer exchanges?

Kind of. The fastest move is to return your original item and place a new order separately — that way, you get what you want before it sells out.

When will I get my refund?

Once we get your return and approve it, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Heads up: it may take a few more days for your bank or card company to post it.
